Tagging

Qian et al. perform a segmentation process of cardiac MRI tagging lines using Gabor filter bank and claim that the method has a better performance than HARP. The group currently looks at more data types than just cardiac [21]. Figure shows how segmentation was done with the aid of deformable snakes sampled along the tags.
