GUIDE Automatic Callback Generation

Quite recently, any changes made to objects under GUIDE, including the
creation of new ones, stopped having an effect on the code. In the past,
default callbacks were automatically generated, but this is no longer the
case. Have I mistakenly disabled a feature? I don't think I have.
