A 0 based array certainly isn't unheard of. It is interesting to note 
that [Hammond] dismisses most of the computer sciences though.

The repeating "2"s just shows his sloppy attention to detail. His 
thinking just isn't all that clear. "Science" really isn't Mr. 
[Hammond]'s field.
