Hi,

I am unable to boot up my laptop running Windows 2000 professional.

error is

"The file uhcd.sys is corrupted"

I am not able to startup in any mode (including safe mode) or even start
using a set of boot disks.
It get to the the second boot disk and then errors.

Anyone know how I can get round this?

Is there anyway I can replace the file through DOS (not sure how).

Thanks,

Andy

PS. I changed the RAM, as someone recommended this, but still no good.
