I've had to deal with these for a couple of sites. As they seem to come in
multiples with oh-so-clever-clogs alterations of body text, I made my
guest-book entry-handling file check if the immediately previous entry was
the same firstname / surname. If it was, junk it. One restaurant site was
getting about 250 a day; now it gets just the one of each - perfectly
"handle-able".
