I believe that Yahoo UK has always been real-time:

The main issue has been the obscene number of ads and all sorts of flashy
videos that cluttered the Web pages.

PS - I think Quicken and others had a 20-minute delays for most figures, but
that was many, many years ago when the Internet was rather different.
