I don't know the intention of the question, but:

Going to sleep starving: A dieter's favourite perhaps because the hunger
dies out. Probably bad for nutrition.

Hungry: A case of refusing to listen to the body. Not ideal.

A Little hungry: That's probably the category under which I fall. It appears
the most healthy choice to me.

Full stomach: One must not fall asleep with a full stomach. The "Not hungry"
case probably fits better.
