I am new to image registration problem. I searched some paper about
that and found most of them only deal with 2 images and using one
image as reference image. Right now the problem I need to solve is
there are a lot (say 200) 2d gel images (in 2d gel, every spot on the
image is a protein). Could anyone give me some suggestions on image
registration on this?
