As  Bill  already said, this must have reached from Cutt's mouth. He  said
the following word a couple of days ago:

"Just  to keep people up-to-date, Jagger3 is not visible yet. Last week  I
said that Jagger3 would hopefully be visible this week. It?s possible that
it might be visible by Friday or this weekend. I?ll let you know when I?ve
got more info."

It  is  so  succinct that it makes you wonder if he was  very  strictly  a
courier.  It  also  contributes when you can put a face on Big  Brother  <
http://www.mattcutts.com/images/inigo3.jpg  > and realise that it  doesn't
have to be Darth Vader or Neo from the Matrix.

I  still  see  no changes in SEPR's I am familiar with. As far  as  Google
Images  is concerned, it's business as usual (more referrals than ever be-
fore). PageRank update has not passed over my site yet. It has been months
since  the last change. The datacentres continue to fluctuate, at least in
terms of behaviour (willingness to report):
