This got quite heavily voted-for in Digg. So there are probably users out
there who can confirm the fault. Browser crashes are not hard to force
(there are Flash objects that will crash all browser, for instance). Here,
on the other hand, you have something simple and fundamental like CSS having
a fatal effect. It's a browser bug. Craahes do fall under this category of
minor faults because even invalid code is not excuse for surfing that is not
robust and error-tolerant (what about memoru glitches, leaks and
overflows?). Standards-compliant code is a myth in practice, thanks to
Microsoft tools (in part).
