What a load of garbage they're trying to sell. For starters it doesn't
support CableCARD so this means that it's completely useless if I want
to watch HBO, Cinemax or other premium channels.
Then there's the price... $3500. Is this some some sort of misprint?
Perhaps the price is in Peso's or something? My HD Tivo Series 3 only
cost $799 and it supports CabelCARD, high-definition, has dual tuners,
etc, etc, etc. Plus it's from a company that will be around 6 months
down the road.
Too bad TVease.net isn't a publically traded company because I would
short every single share that I could get my hands on. Whether it's
running Linux or not... they've basically created a unsellable product.
