At last, an official figure from somewhere!

Imagine if the global percentage went to 37%.  That would be 370
million PCs running Linux.  They might ALSO be running Windows, but
still means that Linux can't be ignored..

Imagine if Linux went from 15% to 37% worldwide in 2 years.  That would
be an increase of nearly 120 million computers for Linux.  Microsoft
would have sold about 200 million licenses to OEMS, and the OEMS would
have sold about 160 million PCs.  That means to machines would be
running Linux for every 3 machines sold with Windows.

Gee, maybe Microsoft is wrong and that 30% of the market that's "white
boxes" really are not for pirates, but for legitimate licensees - of
Linux.
