In 'treasure island' UK government offices,
most windopz software products are borken, crashing, or simply too slow.
They don't seem to employ independent quality control officers
and analysts to write scathing reports backed up with figures
on failures to have them re-commissioned with open source software.
So much for e-government initiatives or lack of it through unqualified
idiots running the show.
