He'd be lucky if he could find a job.
The first thing the employers do with those who make the cut is a quick
google to see what turns up.

A person who is posting to newsgroups literally 24x7 is not likely to
change and when there are plenty of other candidates competing for the
same position, well let's just say some people will never make it past the
initial interview.

Call any executive recruiting firm and ask them and that is what you will
hear.
