Wrong, boyo. I have said that Linux has its flaws, but that mostly they
aren't show-stoppers. *Nothing* is perfect. The difference between Windows
flawas and Linux ones is that Linux gives you much greater flexibility to
get those flaws fixed, or to work around them.

Most of its drawbacks are down to a shortage of drivers and the
difficulties (more legal that technical) in getting stuff like certain
media formats and proprietary plugins working, things like that.

It's an advocacy group, such things tend to happen. As for DFS, flatfish,
etc, they're idiots. Why assume they are to be taken seriously? Post some
advocacy yourself, or ask reasonable questions aboput why Linux is deemed
to be better than rival OSen. I've been known to do it myself, usually on
a Sunday afternoon when I'm feeling relaxed and mellow after a bottle of
wine.

The group is what people make it. But if you're seeking information, go
elsewhere, that's not the purpose of COLA.
