dollars and failure rates estimated at 30%-50%. This not only affects
cusotmer satisfaction (lack thereof rather), but also costs a lot of money
in refunds and replacements, which is damaging to the image of the brand.
And just wait until the next Windows ME (beta) comes out, some time next
year. That'll be a fatal blow to the perception is capabilities.
