Isn't it amazing?  MS has a budget of billions, yet can't pull off
something which is routinely done by much smaller operations.  Perhaps MS
should consider hiring some _competent_ developers.

Ah, and there's the rub.  It has nothing to do with them being unable to
do it (as is suggested above).  It's all about whether or not they can
completely control your computer.

Vista sounds more and more like a professional dominatrix: someone who
gets paid to lock you up and ensure you can't do things except the way
_they_ want them done.
