| investigation to worry about, and a 400-page shareholder lawsuit,
| filed in January, alleging that Dell Inc. received hundreds of
| millions of dollars in illegal payments from Intel,
| inflating profits and preventing earlier adoption of technologically
| superior AMD (Charts) processors.
