I agree with these decisions.

The only barrier holding back competition is the will and intelligence
of the people.

They can buy Vista, OSX or Linux freely, preinstalled and from major
vendors.

I have yet to hear Google come out of the closet and make cheap laptop
PCs available which run Linux.
