Yes, consider the fact that Microsoft boasts "60 million copies of Vista" while
Web stats show something like a merely 4%. I never knew that we had roughly
1.5 billion PCs out there. Something is happening between the moment when a
so-called "copy of a licence to hire Vista Home Basic Edition" is sold and a
PC gets connected to the Web.
