They usually have time limitations. Only the minority of them have prior Linux
background, so the majority will complain about something that results from
lack of familiarity. Sadly, in the mainstream press (which non-techies read),
most reviewers have 15 years of experience with Windows, so if Linux does not
behave in the same way, then it's "not normal".
