Check again.
The few issues on Slated were a) minor and b) mainly a result of me copy
and pasting from other sites. There was precisely one error that was not
due to pasted content, regarding ID tags with conflicting names. This is
an oversight by the Drupal developers who didn't account for having more
than one form per page. I've applied a patch, and this issue is fixed.
There are articles on older pages, e.g. windows_xp_eula_in_plain_english
that could also use fixing. That's what happens when pages in one format
are pasted into a page of another (in this case HTML4 with tables pasted
into an XHTML1.0 page). However, the most important issue here is Slated
renders properly on all browsers, with or without those corrections. The
alien and bloated rubbish from Microsoft does *not*.

The fact is that Microsoft *does* break standards, and indeed they do so
deliberately, to homogenise all of IT to a "standard" that only works on
*one* platform, Windows. In the case of Slated, all content is standards
compliant, it's just that some pages contain *mixed* standards, They are
*still* correct standards though, regardless. The same cannot be said of
Microsoft's slop. The W3C validator is absolutely correct in failing the
pages with mixed content on my site and I will correct those issues, but
there is a world of difference between strict-conformance failure due to
mixed standards, and the utterly alien gibberish produced by Microsoft.
As for my being a "hypocrite"; you keep saying that, but you have yet to
explain why. It is very convenient for you to bandy the word "hypocrisy"
about, every time a genuine criticism is levelled against Microsoft, but
it accomplishes nothing other than making you look stupid. Of course I'm
being kind by branding you as merely stupid; it is much more likely that
you are being deliberately obtuse to serve your malevolent agenda, while
ignoring crass inconsistencies in your arguments. Comparing some trivial
mistakes in my site, to Microsoft's deliberate acts of sabotage, is just
one example.
The involvement in this group of someone that is as blindly committed to
the Windows platform as yourself, is far more hypocritical.

I doubt there are many, after all - one needs some actual content before
there can be any errors, and like DooFy himself his site lacks material.
If you think about it, that's quite appropriate. A dull site, for a dull
mind.
