Anyone creating a website which doesn't take into account mobile devices,
text-mode screen readers, mythtv web browsers, ps3 web browsers and all
the other kinds of device being used for the web is a short-sighted fool,
risking readership loss for their employer.
The whole intent of html was that it should be device independent.
