Wow, they're changing their tune at a fantastic rate.  I wonder what all
the money was for, then?  I cannot see how this deal can be anything
other than highly damaging to Linux, as it quite deliberately raises the
spectre of patent issues around Linux.  Cleary they do not apply outside
the US and Australia, but even so, for those companies who wish to trade
in those geographies, this will work very effectively as fud.
