The definition of spam in unsolicited email, or massive amounts of it.
According to the charter of this newsgroup, a good percentage of his
posts are off topic, therefor, unsolicited for this group.

Newsgroups are for the exchange of information between PEOPLE.  Not an
outlet for news articles.  And especially not news posted by a script or
bot, which I highly suspect of Roy... unless to truly is a person that
spends his time posting articles around the clock.  In which case,
that's just sad.

There are, you guessed it, NEWS DIGESTS for that.
