Open Source downloads and reciprocal value

| For example, we found out recently (through our user survey) that
| about 64% of Mule users are making modifications, adding extensions
| and doing other coding around the product. We also found out that
| the majority of them wanted to donate some portion of the code back
| to the product. Even if 1% of the code is mainlined, it's a positive
| for the product and the reciprocity of open source means that all
| parties get something out of it.
