EU inquires about Blu-Ray, HD-DVD

Microsoft is meanwhile 'pulling an OOXML' by making 'partners' to artificially
boost HD-DVD sales. Microsoft partnered with Amazon yesterday. It's not a case
of "best format wins", but about how much support you can *buy* for your
format. We shall see how it works out...
