They have Ian on board. They have a dilemma and a conflict that's represented
by their choice (flip-flopping) on licences. Simon Phipps goes around talking
to people. He's being pulled from both sides. Should he give or should he
keep? Do you burn the old yacht and hop onto a new one or do you renovate and
work to improve the one you already have. Look at SGI and IRIX. They jumped to
Linux last year. Full time! Look at Apple and PPC. Sooner or later, Sun will
have to compromise. In order to compete with Linux, they will need to /become/
Linux.  It's symbiosis.
