The people to be truly concerned here should be the customers, workers and
shareholders of such companies.  Spending money on completely unecessary
equipment is, well, a total waste.  In commercial organisations, it has
to be funded either by paying suppliers less, workers less, shareholders
less, or charging customers more.  Okay, perhaps you could liquidate
some other assets, too, but that's not a typical approach.

So, folks, at least part of the cost of Windows Vista is likely to be
coming off your pay-rise!  Vote for free software!
