This company for all intents and purposes is now a sovereign nation.
They play by their own rules. And they are immune to the U.S. legal
system.
Their weak spot is that they are so large and spread out that
they've lost control of themselves.
So the answers to your questions are No... and Yes, but it will take
some time and energy.
