Judges have power to use brain, if not experts in security.
The best security model is based on open source.
So a judge should order security through obscurity to be banned
in the provisioning of DRM'd products and anything else
that relied on outdated security models like security
through obsurity is outdated and not worthy of legal protection
because it can be broken through numerous and unspecifyable
inspection processes that cannot be distinguished from normal
legitimate inspection processes.
