He's not right bright, either. There is no formal definition of
Intellectual Property, rather, it is a catch-all term which includes
copyright issues, patent issues and trademark, plus also perhaps others,
too. Which is rather the point. I hope Microsoft think that they're
getting their money's worth from this chap - I'm not so sure that they
are.
