This licence is as important as the original GPL, in that it addresses
the two methods which have been tried to circumvent the intention of the
GPL, those being Tivoisation and Patent threats.

Change is difficult, of course, and I expect people to find this hard,
particularly the issues around binary drivers mixing with GPLed code and
so on, which clearly have yet to be fully resolved, nevertheless, the
best solution in these cases is to release the code under the GPL...
listen nVidia, ATI and friends - just release the code, and all will be
well.
