Actually, that might make some sense. I have an old
beeper for instance that doesn't quite understand NiMH;
it thinks the battery's only 40% or so full. There is
also the possibility that a battery's initial config was
misread slightly by the system.
Of course, there's the little detail as to whether they've
gotten the "% copied, # minutes remaining" dialogues
fixed yet.
