Google Desktop? It now offers 'Gadgets' as well.

Doesn't Lenovo sell the T60 with Linux? Or with CDs aside (plus
instructions)? The few things you had a hard time resulted from the fact
that the laptop wasn't delivered/tested hand-in-glove with Linux. When I
bought my last PC there was no configuration needed. Been up without any
issues (apart from power outages at the building) for a year and a half.
It's like a TV. You just buy it, put in where you want it and it just runs.
No hassle. No wasted time.
