Just a few days ago I had an exchange with Erik in which he asserted
that Microsoft had never and would never threaten anyone with patent
infringement. Maybe he's right, if it means actually suing, but
threats are going on all the time.
This patent is obviously another Microsoft "innovation(tm)"
