Quite.  We all (except Kier) know that these folk are paid to post
off-topic and anti-charter material into this group.

As I said, though - it must be *very* annoying to see the billions
floating around, and to get such a very small part of it, when you
consider just how important the shills and their shilcosystem are to
Microsoft's sales.  Clearly, Microsoft do not sell on quality, or price.
Rather, they sell by pre-installs, and by conning the world into
believing that the pre-install is a good thing.  Their behaviour is very
well illustrated by the OOXML examples recently (Kier - did you see
that?  Doesn't fit your model, does it?).

So, our shills, like Bill Weisgerber, get a little pocket money, whilst
the senior boys get to throw millions away on wasteful ventures of one
sort or another, and the really senior ones (Like the real Bill Gates)
get to hide it in tax-free pots, whilst Weisgerber gets his taxed to
pieces and back.

It must be cr*p being at that end of the system.
