Hmm... it seems to say that the world has changed, that technology has
moved on, and the customers are no longer prepared to accept bundling.
It also notes that copyright violation is responsible for less than
20% of the so-called "value gap" problem.  The RIAAs constant attacks
on its own customers are not addressing their major problem, which is
that there is a break in the supply chain.
