We have a distance learning contract at work. We connect through a 
browser. Last year only IE would work properly. Monday, some of the 
graphics wouldn't open properly. When I talked to tech support, his 
screen didn't match mine... he was using Opera. Opera. This from a 
company that was IE only last year. We both switched to Firefox, he saw 
what he needed, and the problem was fixed.

If Firefox gets to 35% you can bet your ass people will write for it.
