Novell is a public company. If they misstated a material fact such as
how well their Linux business is doing, you can bring this to the
attention of the securities regulators, and Novell will be heavily
slapped down.
Too bad you don't have any non-made up data to back your position, or
you could really teach Novell a lesson.
