I was talking about the Groklaw community, by the way. I'm still disputing and
refuting that argument under the premise that Theo has financial ties with
AMD, not Intel.

Be aware that Theo is paid by AMD and he attacks Intel viciously (over
things that AMD is equally guilty of). AMD is as close as Intel to
Microsoft, so I can't think of a Theo-MS connection. FWIW, Linus is the
opposite because he is well funded by Intel and he defends them whenever
Theo strikes.

Some BSD folks are suspicious, especially a few vocal ones.

I'm assuming you're aware that Jem Matzan and Radu are trashing the GPL ever
since they defected to BSD.

Jem is ambivalent, but he published Radu's "Sad state of open source"
while at the same time taking the c* out of Mandriva *and* Vista. He
reminds me of Bill Beebe -- attacking Linux one day and playing nice the
other day.

By the way, about Alex Wolfe, he has been aggressive for a while. He intrudes
several of the forums that I'm in (not just COLA) only to toss his articles
provocatively (yes, he trolls Linux forums).

I was never able to find a link between him and the other 'usual
suspects' (Enderle /et al/).

If you want a list of people to be aware of, let me know. I know that Microsoft
pays people (not directly) for that type of tosh.

InformationWeek is a lost case. The FSFE caught them as well. They were
a shoulder for McBride to cry on.
