The letter from Sec'y Gutierrez reads as if drafted by Undersecretary
Dudas or one of his staffers.
The patent application was filed for an "invention" by Ryan T. Grace,
a registered patent attorney whose registration shows the address of
Merchant & Gould in Seattle, which is listed as the patent counsel of
record. It's apparent that tongue is in cheek. :-)
