Oh, we still have dimes, nickles, quarters, maybe half-dollars,
dollar coins (Susan B. Anthony, Sacagawea), and a plethora of
bills.  I don't think you need worry overly much that we're
going to inundate the world with pennies. ;-)

Other things, yes.  But not pennies.
