If a development community grows around this, it could mimic and surpass the
capability of KeyHole (Google Earth), but the pricey resource here is the
data. Streaming it quickly through proxies is another big challenge unless
nations start funding it, which they should (instead of throwing money at a
monopolist for iPlayer).
