Microsoft is *NOT* "approaching" debt.  That statement indicates that
Microsoft is operating at a loss, something which is patently untrue.  

The fact of the matter is, Microsoft today has no debt, is not
"approaching" debt, is making billions of dollars in PROFIT every quarter.
The only thing that might make Microsoft acquire some *SHORT TERM* debt
would be if they buy Yahoo, which isn't a foregone conclusion.  

Microsoft could, today, buy Yahoo and still have money in the bank, but
that would leave them with too small of a cash margin, the debt is only to
allow them to keep their cash.
