Class Action Suit Alleges Sears Privacy Failures

| second class-action suit against Sears, whose marketing partners were
| recently found to have secretly installed ComScore's Web-tracking software on
| PCs of some customers who purchased products from the Sears Web site.

This amuses me because Vista does pretty much the same as all the above, if not

Having malware on /most/ Windows PCs certainly doesn't help. If data is stored
on Windows it can almost be assumed to have been leaked.

Over 50% of corporate desktops infected with malware: IronPort
