So who and why did they sign up to illegal public interest
confidentiality clauses?

At best the guys who signed will all resign and take fat
back handers from Micoshaft Corporation for their mis-deeds.

At worst, they wil keep their positions and sign more
deals of the same and take even more bribes.

They should have thrown micoshaft out of the office
and asked the open source companies to submit proposals.

They are government and they are in charge.
NOT MICOSHAFT SALESMEN!!!

And so what if they get a 'bad deal' if they don't agree
to confidentiality????

It can't be any worse than what the public already pays!!!!

And you then just ask open source companies to quote a
better deal and delete Micoshaft Products off of school PCs!!!!
