Microsoft fights with many minuscule needles (shell companies), not with a
sword. The former can be more fearsome, awesome, and painful. The trolls have
nothing to lose. Just watch Sco!

MS (Mark S) understands that the trolls are the principal danger, but he seems
not to understand who /sends/ these trolls in.
