I agree that not having shortcuts for "View Threads with Unread" and
"View Watched Threads with Unread" is bloody annoying, but there is a
way to fix that:

Essentially you want to have something like the following:

AllMsgs("cmd_viewAllMsgs") <shortcut>
As for customizing the toolbar, just right-click on it and select
"Customize". ???
