What I just love is how Microsoft says that with Linux there's no liability,
yet when you lose your data because of a known bug (which didn't stop them
from selling this digital shredder since it was first reported in December)
they point at the EULA and look the other way. There's not even a warning on
the box to tell the shopper that the unit is defective and has been knowingly
defective since last year (fix to come some time next month -- maybe).
